| | I researched all day yesterday and this is what I found! It works for me, so it might work for you :]
First off, here are good foods to binge on: - milkshake - ice cream - pudding - jello - soft cake - Oreos - jello - batter of any sort - rice - soup - oatmeal
Tools: - toothbrush - orange juice - milk (I prefer soy) - baking soda - mouthwash
How to: 1.) Consume your binge food with lots of milk and orange juice. The combination of these two liquids will make you nauseous, and will also make your food come up easier. Drink liquids periodically while you eat to make sure that the food mixes well. 2.) Use a toothbrush instead of your hand to gag yourself. Your fingernails can scratch the back of your throat, and your teeth can rip the skin off the top of your hand. Choose a toothbrush with a rounded rubber end that will be gentle on your throat. Insert the toothbrush into your mouth so that the rubber end is at the back of your throat. With a jabbing motion (not to hard, though!), go from right to left, and then back again. 3.) Don't stop even when you start to gag; try to keep doing it for as long as you can. 4.) Swish mouth with baking soda mixed with water (high concentration). Baking soda is very basic, so it will neutralize the stomach acid in your mouth. This will prevent damage to your teeth and gums. If you can bear it, swallow a little to coat your esophagus. 5.) DO NOT brush teeth afterwards. This will cause the stomach acid to press into your gums and teeth, increasing damage. Instead, swish with mouthwash to get rid of the taste.
